Won't backup anymore.

My company has been using Backup Exec for almost half a year. It was working fine until one day it just stopped working. Ever since that day it fails when ever we try to do a back up job. Does anybody know what could be some possible solutions?

What kind of error message are you getting...?

check event log and backup log..

The error message that I am receiving in the event log is "Failed to create implicit maps for groups". Besides that it seems the other steps are going through successfully. What are some possible fixes for this problem? Thanks again.

Verify how the Backup Exec services are authenticating. Could it be that you changed your admin password before the problem started occuring?
