They do work on bcm50 2.0 and up(should work on 1.0 but i never tried). They emulates I2004 but as SupportDude said not supported by Nortel. When Nortel says "not supported" that means it's probably working but they don't want to troubleshoot in case you have issues with them...

I stand corrected.
I was looking at the BCM Compatibility docs, not the 6100 series docs.
Looks like they've been supported for a few months now.

I did notice in the release notes that the sets may not have the proper firmware installed at the factory. You may need to update to 115.016 or better.
