Hi,
We currently have 2210/2211 handsets working, but are trying to get the 6140's to work. The configs look ok, is it because the 2245 Firmware requires upgrading to 174.034 (currently at 174.024), would we get this message if the firmware is incorrect?

Thanks.

You'd get an SVP error message if the issue was with code on the SVP. 174.034 is required. I haven't tried using older SVP code with the 6100 series handsets.

The message you're getting sounds like the phone is not even registering to the wireless network. I'd verify the SSID, encryption and PSK config on the handsets.

You may have to update firmware for 6140 to get it to work. I had someone with this problem I will see what he did to fix it.

Thanks, all now resolved. Re-checked SSID and found the "V" had actually been keyed in as a "U" - they did look quite similar.
