I have just installed a CRQM and TDM recorder on a Nortel system, for my demo lab, i have to admit i have had no training but know the Nortel really well, i am using trunk side recording with a CCM 6.0
Here is where i have gotten to
THe TDM recorder is up and recording
I can access the directory and listen to calls
The MLS is up in the CRQM
Here is the problem
in the CRQM Alarm monitor it always says there are no suitable channels to record the call
And it is monitoring the phones covered with AST
Any help i would appreciate
