We are using witness in a TDM or Complaince setup.
Basically we have call recording and that is it. (QA is coming later)

To acess the viewer we have setup Domain groups, with Domain users. This works great for allowing access to the view for playback, admin, etc.

However when ever we try to use any of the 4 rules
Cannot Replay any calls
Can Replay all calls
Can Replay calls execpt
Can only replay calls listed
The restictions do not work

In a nut shell if a user is in a Domain group and is granted
access to viewer then they can listen to any call they want no matter what restriction we place on them.

Witness appears to be dragging feet on answering question.

Why does it greet access, but not restict?

If you create extra roles in the application portal in comp plus applications you can assign diiferent queries to the different new roles. You then create groups and put the groups in the roles and then users in to groups. Works everytime. Witness should hae been able to do this in ten minutes
