I don't know how to delete a record from my database without ADO. Can someone help?

DAO is the only other method I know of to get at a database, but I've never even tried to use that in an ASP page, and am unable to even say if it's possible.

Why not use ADO?

DAO isn't supported in ASP, only ADO, so the answer to your question is you can't do it.

Slight correction to previous comment - you can do it by writing your own COM object or ActiveX control to do the job, but you'd be daft to try that route.
