I have made a Report with 3 linked Subreports using Crystal SQL Query designer !
From Within Crystal Report Designer I'm asked twice when I open the Mainreport for the ODBC-driver and Userid and Password after I have entered the values for the Parameters I'm again asked twice for the Password for the Oracle8 Database.
After the Mainreport has received the data from Oracle then I'm asked for password for every singel Subreport on Every Crew which has to be shown in the report.
Which means 7500 crew time 3 subreports = 22500 password passed ;,o(
I have tried to speak to Crystals Support center they did not have a straight answer to my problem yet.
For your information when I run the report against a DB2 database there isn't any problem! In the ODBc connection there is a possibility to set the Userid and the Password "firmly".
Do any of You have any good suggestions???
