Hi
One of our clients having BCM50 Rel.2 system. They dont have external line except a Wireless Line from the telecom, connected to the BCM. The problem is, whenever a call is received, before the caller completing entering the required extension, the system says its an invalid extension. The caller may be succeeded to reach the extension sometimes if he enter the extension slowly taking time between digits (like, 3...2...1). Is there any tuning to do to work with the wireless trunks?

Also, every now and then, before the call reaches to the required extension, the line disconnects.

I appreciate any workarounds

Apply latest patches to resolve this as there is a known issue.
Problem with mobiles digits being recieved by AA.

Get a hard line and it will work. You can't control what is being recieved from a wireless line.

Thanks for your comments. This place does not avail any permanent landline, thats the reason they are on the wireless line.

Snowman, Would you please advise me which patch i should apply and where to get it?

Thanks again

That patch he is talking about is for cell phones calling in to the AA.

the latest SU patch contains all the updates.
Superdude has a link to patches or try
I assume the wirless line is actually a Premicel(moblie phone:cell Phone)hardwired to a trunk port.

The patch available is old, i believe. Are there newest patches available somewhere?
