Hi,

I am looking for a solution to extend the range of my current wireless LAN to 250m to a house across the road, any ideas if there is any kind of device for this?

Thanks

Specs on the second one:
802.11g (Full Power with 5dBi gain diversity dipole antenna)
Indoor:• 98ft (30m) @ 54Mbps
• 112ft (34m) @ 48Mbps
• 128ft (39m) @ 36Mbps
• 154ft (47m) @ 24Mbps
• 184ft (56m) @ 18Mbps
• 217ft (66m) @ 12Mbps
• 259ft (79m) @ 9Mbps
• 325ft (99m) @ 6Mbps
Outdoor:• 367ft (112m) @ 54Mbps
• 820ft (250m) @ 18Mbps
• 1,640ft (500m) @ 6Mbps

250 meters = 820 feet. So if you want decent signal strength and speed, high gain outdoor antennas are needed. The cantenna is still a good option, as are other 12db to 24db antennas that are available.
