I am having a problem on our network where the AP (2330A) is configured to use a specific channel, but when I use the monitor tool in our WMS it shows to be on a different channel. I have looked in the radio profile module and don't see anything there that would cause this. Is there somewhere else I need to check or is this normal?

You should check wether or not 'tune channel' is enabled. If so the WSS will automatically adjust these settings regardless of your manually configured setting.
If channel tuning is enabled you should notice channel changes inyour log file.
You can change this setting in the specific radio profile.
