Know that this was an old post, but just got a new HP (mobile) 460 and this information may help someone.
Inital setup and install had to be done with a USB connection (cable not included, but borrowed one from another device) and had to include install of the "ToolBox".
Opening the ToolBox gave all the settings and instructions for wireless setup, when done you can remove the USB Cable and operate wirelessly.
