Wireless 3616 phones rebooting

Hello,

for the moment we have a problem with 3616 phones on ipoffice.

When they boot (or reboot), everything goes okay until:

loading firmware (if neccesary)
trying 10.0.0.10 (ip ipoffice)
rebooting

Anybody an idea?

I can ping the phones ip and the ipoffice ip.

Phones still working until they reboot...

Did you recently do an upgrade to IP but not the 3616s and the avpp?

We upgraded a few months ago the ipoffice.

Do I also need to upgrade the AVPP?

You should make sure that the avpp firmware matchs the phone firmware.
