I'm looking for firmware file 97.039. for Nortel 2210 wireless handsets.

It's available for download from Nortel's website.

97.039 was pretty buggy - you'd be better off going to 97.064 so you get the battery charge and signal strength indicators.

I currently do not have acces to that download from the website. Looking for someone who might have it already.
