Recently, one of my users had some issues with his wired sync so I decided to re-install his Desktop Manager. I installed version 4.6/4.7 (sorry can't remember exactly). When we perform a wired sync for calendar items, it cycles/goes through all 9000 calendar items each time. It did not use to do this. Secondly, I have tried configuring DM to sync only the last 7 days worth of calendar items but it still looks through all 9000. Each time he syncs, it takes 20 - 30 minutes because of this.
I have read somewhere that the "Keep messages" setting under the Calendar options should be set to something like 30 or 60 days rather than forever. Do you think this would make a difference? Yes or No, does anyone know the problem/workaround?
