WINZIP32.EXE AND NORTON 2002

HELP
AFTER INSTALLING WINDOWS 2000 UPGRADE
I CANNOT INSTALL WINZIP32 OR NORTON 2002.

WHEN INSTALLING INZIP32.EXE IN MICROSOFT VISUAL C++ ERROR
'UNHANDLED EXCEPTION IN WINZIP32.EXE (NTDLL.DLL) 0XC0000FD
STACK OVERFLOW ERROR. PLEASE HELP.

I HAVE INSTALL SERVICES PACK 2.

WHEN INSTALL NORTON 2002 I GET A INTERNAL ERROR 2351 OR 2503 OR 2502 ERROR CODE. THESE ERRORS GIVE ME A WINDOWS INSTALLER ERROR.

Not sure if this will work (I had to do it myself ... awhile back.)

If you see WINZIP32 OR NORTON 2002 in ADD/REMOVE then do a uninstall, reboot, reinstall.
You don't want any trace of them being on the disk, until you reinstall them.

If that dosen't work you may need to reformat the HDD and reinstall everything.

The program: 'Add/Remove Plus! 2002' may help you to do a cleaner uninstall.
