Working with WinXP Pro and VI6.0.

Using control f5, I start the browswer from Visual Interdev, after a few times, I get the following error every time which requires a reboot to resolve.

Any thoughts on what / how to stop this ? I can't stop or restart the service, can't kill it etc.

Error:
HTTP 403.9 - Access Forbidden: Too many users are connected
Internet Information Services

Hi,

I think that the reason for this is that Win2k (and i think XP Pro) have a maximum connection limit of 10 users, this can not be changed, once that limit is reached it gives the error.

Instead of using f5 in VI, try having one browser window open and refresh that each time, that way it should only use 1 or 2 connections and stop the errors.

Hope this helps,

Russell
