DO ANYONE HAVE A COPY OF WINSPM. I HAVE A CUSTOMER WHO WOULD LIKE TO MAINTAIN HIS OWN SYSTEM AND HAS MISPLACED THE SOFTWARE. WE DIDN'T INSTALL IT,SO WE HAVE NO DISK EITHER.

You can get it from Avaya.com.

Start with the R4 to R5 Upgrade (I think that's right...), it is a fully working release.

Then you can upgrade to R6, 7, 8, & 9.

Actually all that's on the Avaya website are the updaters. The full versions of WinSPM are still commercial software and are available for purchase through various Lucent dealer websites, like MetrolineDirect.com.

Merlinmman is 100% correct. The R4 or R5 "update" (whichever is the larger file) - is a complete program. When you install that larger update - you will have the full program - which after installation can be upgraded with the Avaya provided patches all the way to R9.0

Like Tomd says, If I tell you a chicken dips snuff, just look under her wing for a can (usually Garrett or Skol).
