I'm new to the Legend system and am trying to access a V4.0 through WinSPM (v3.0). I connect to the processor's modem via *10, but when it asks for the password I cannot get in.

This is a system that has been a test unit for several years and no one knows anything about it. I can program the system through the MLX-20L, but would like to access remotely for programming.

Does anyone know where you program this password for remote access to the processor's modem?

Please help!!!!

Thanks,

Ryan

gshaheen! Thank you very much! That is it!!!! You have saved me a lot of time and a lot of headache.

Thanks again,

Ryan

I am having a problem connecting to WinSPM; I do the internal connection, hear the modem after *10, and then it just freezes. Any suggestions? R4.0

I'm going to echo rmercer... Thanks gshaheen! Talk about finding a pearl! I guess I'd better find out how to change it to something else now. Maybe something clever, like 'password' or 'merlin'.

The password has to be 7 digits fpr the R4 or newer and 5 digits for the r3 or older
