Hopefully some one has tried this before. I need to know how to transfer all the sites information and reports from one WinSPM PC to another. I tried the DATA Site folder, but it doesn't load the information into the new pc. I am running WinSPM V9. Also, every time a run SPM in WinSPM, I am missing about 1/4 of the right screen, any ideas on that.

Thanks

Not sure about the screen problem you have, but the data folders you need to copy are in your c: drive. To get to them, go to "My Computer", Local C Drive, Program Files (you may have to click on the view all option), Avaya Solutions, WinSPM, SiteData. There you will find folders for your named and labelled sites - as well as for "Direct" and "Indirect" connections. Just copy the relevant folders or click on a specific folder to find the individual back-up and other files. You can then copy them to whereever you want (a floppy or other drive). If you are adding the files to another computer with WinSPM - make sure it has the same WinSPM version and place them in the same place - i.e., in the SiteData folder. Then, it will be directly accessible from the other computer.

Windows Font size. You will have to adjust the font size in windows assuming that the font size is rather large and is responsible for the truncated screen.

Moving site data is tricky at best.

Go to INTERACTIVE NORTHWEST WEBSITE and see if they can give any insight.

GOOD LUCK....
