I've had no problem communicating with Legends & Magix sytems ever. Now because I tried to communicate with a TDA 50 Panasonic system & had to download drivers I think I might have lost my drivers for Legend. Is this possible? If so how do I fix it. I do not have a copy of my winspam 8.If I was able to download winspam 8 from Avaya Support wouldn't that correct this problem Y/N?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Dan8

Telecomboy thank for your reply. Since I sent this I have found my Winspam Release 8 dated 2003. I tried to install it but says that I can't till I uninstall the version I have now which I think is 9,but I'm not sure. My question is if I uninstall 9 will I lose my files for my customers? It's been a while since I've done something like this. Not since I left Lucent.

The CUSTOMER FILES are in Program Files(X86 if you have a 64 Bit PC) under Avaya Solutions, WINSPM, SITE DATA.
You can copy it somewhere else (That would be the safest) or hope they don't get erased.

Now, if you have to put them back, none of the SITES will be set up, you'll just have the reports you made from them.

Therefore, you will want to MANUALLY Jot down the Name and Number of each one ahead of time, making sue you have their NAME EXACTLY like it is in the Program.

I have done a copy of one of the Data files, but it was pretty much useless because of it's format.

You really and truly want to use R9, rather than R8 if you work on these much. R9 does them all, R8, I think, is restricted to Magix R3.
