Winnt to Win2003 srv

Hi All

I have a question. I'm upgrading my network to Win2k3 server and decided to do the BDC upgrade thing...instead of upgrading directly on my PDC. This way I always have an out if something goes awry. In any event...my question is, can I upgrade this BDC off-line and then turn it up at a later date? I'd like to complete the upgrade during regular hours and then when the time is right...bring down my PDC and start up the new server. Does nayone see nay issue with this or have any tips?
