Winlogon.exe using too much CPU

Hi List,

We have a situation on our Citrix servers whereby the winlogon.exe process starts to use excessive CPU. This only happens for a handful of users. When their session starts everything is OK for a couple hours. After that - the CPU usage goes up an up - to the point where opening a screen uses 25 % CPU, and takes up to 30 Seconds. All users connect to Ow as an anonymous published app.

We recently upgraded to XE update3 sp 17.1 which may or may not be when this started happening.

I have a same problem with winlogon.exe, if print spooler fails winlogon.exe starting to use much cpu. if you restart spooler service and disconnect and reconnect citrix users which is using winlogon.exe proces. cpu will be normal.
I cant solve this problem. I try
