"when you using your IP address and your router is responding and not the service you have configured within the network, this is because the Remote Connection sometimes call Remote Administration feature is active on the router.
This Remote Administration appears to be active and using port 80 as the connection port it functions on. At this time your only available option would be to enter the router locate this feature and either disable the service or alter the port number it uses to answer remote request on.
deciphering the above - hopefully correctly I think it means you have to disable remote administration on your router and set up your webserver to be in the DMZ of your router. There should be a section in your routers web interface where you can declare your webservers local IP address to be in the DMZ.
Effectively any IP address declared as DMZ is not translated - so your webservers address effectively becomes your routers internet IP address.
For example:-
If your router has
gateway 192.168.0.1
WAN 96.54.4.3
webserver 192.168.0.2
making 192.168.0.2 a DMZ makes the webservers IP effectively 96.54.4.3 by disabling NAT for that IP
