windowsxp does not recognize my rockwell HCF 56K data fax pci modem 1

Everything worked great until I installed windows xp. Now there is no evidence of a modem. No modem is listing in "device Manager" or in "other devices", or "pci communication controller". So, I cannot find the "chipset#" to be able to download the needed driver . What do I do?

Remove the modem, reinstall the modem, then reboot. XP should find it. But I have not found a specific driver, the generic 56K driver works though.
