Hello,
We are running Great Plains v7.0 using on a Windows NT4.0 Terminal Server. I have a user who I replaced her old Win98 pc with a new pc running WindowsXP Pro. Now when she prints a purchase order using her Okidata ML320 Turbo, the first page prints fine, but every sucessive page prints one line further down on the page. I have another user who also prints po's on the same kind of printer, but using using a Win98 pc with an Okidata ML320 Turbo and her forms line up correctly. I have had the first user send a printout to the pc that is working correctly with no success in getting the forms line up. I am pretty sure that it is the driver, but guess what, Okidata says to use the driver that comes with XP.

The POP report is customized, and the user has access to it. It is a text report.

Anybody seen this or have any ideas that I can run down?
Jason

Is this a laser printer or a dot matrix. If its a dot matrix try using the generic printer driver. If its a laser/inkjet try using one of the drivers it emulates.
