Is it possible to join a workstation running XP Pro to multiple domains? When you logon to a domain you have a drop-down box to select whether to logon to the local computer or the domain, certainly this implies that you can have unlimited entries in the domain dropdown box? Doesn't that mean that you should be able to logon to any domain your PC is a member of?

You should be able to log into any domain your PC sees as long as the user name you're using has an account in the domain.

I know you can, I am just not sure how to login to each. Like dillenger said, I think it should show up in the box if it recognizes a domain or you have logged into it before. Not sure though.

The PC can only be a member of one domain at a time. However, the user can logon to any domain that the PC can "see", as long as he has authority to do so.

I'm Certifiable, not certified.
It just means my answers are from experience, not a book.

Typically you will only see more than one domain in the logon box if there is a trust with another domain, the PC however can only be a member of one domain.
