Windows XP in Peer to Peer

I have a peer to peer network with 9 computers all running Win XP Pro. All PC's are open with full sharing. All are members of the same Workgroup and have fixed IP Addresses belonging to the same subnet. All computers can see each other and access their files, except two computers who can't access each other via ping or any other means. They both can access others but just not each other. Is there a limit to XP Pro and peer to peer?

Thanks in Advance!

Connection Limits
XP Pro allows 10 connections. This limit is installed by default in the metabase key MaxConnections for W3SVC, and there is no user interface method for modifying the setting. You can change this setting to any number less than 40 and it works, but that is not widely advertised."

These might help you further.

linney,

You might increase connection limits in IIs, but not LAN connections. Your discussion is of the W3SVC.

I would look first to see if you have not duplicated static IPs on the two workstations.

Thanks, I don't see how this affects IIS which is Windows Web Server, right?
I double checked the IP's and they are different and still in the same IP Subnet. Others computers can ping them and resolve their names.
How do I change the settings to accept more than ten PC's.

This is the connection article I meant to post - sorry.

314882 - Inbound Connections Limit in Windows XP

This I believe is set in stone with no workaround.

XP Pro is limited to 10 simultaneous connections.
XP Home is limited to 5 simultaneous connections

Up to 49 simultaneous connections..... Windows 2000 Small Business Server
Up to 74 simultaneous connections..... Windows 2003 Small Business Server

It is probably not your problem anyway but this link has some checks you can make to see if you have exceeded your maximum allowed connections.
