Windows XP and Excel - Cognos 8

Hi :
There are several computers where it is installed Windows XP and excel 2003. When I try to pass a report to excel gives the impression that it is doing and suddenly ends without result. Any idea? I have no problem with the PDF and HTML Format.

Hi! It could be the dreaded pop-up blocker behavior. Have you checked and added your site in the allowed lists that most blockers have?
