Windows XP 32 bit VS 64 bit????

I was reading some info on the Blast worm and in the fix section it said that if you have a 32 bit version download this file and if you have a 64 bit verison download another. How do I find out what version I have? And what exactly is the difference between these versions? All I know is that I have Win XP Pro

You would know if you have a 64bit CPU & OS. Go ahead and install the standard 32 bit one.

I know I don't have 64 bit processor or the XP edition after reading this on Microsoft's website. Thaks for the help
