Windows Welcome Screen Disabled!!!!

my windows welcome screen and fast user switching does not work because of this problem.... i don't know what client services for netware is and how to fix it!!!

Start, Network Connections.
Right click Local Area Network, Properties
Highlight Client Services for Netware, and click Uninstall.

Client Services for NetWare is basically the client that allows you to connect to NetWare servers. If you don't connect to NetWare servers, remove it as detailed above.
