windows vista and ie7

Im using windows vista ultimate and ie7. My problem is that icant log on to my hotmail account coz my certificate is expired so i try to renew it using certifictae manager . It says on the help menu that i just have to click the certificate then click action then all task then renew certificate. My problem is that i cant see the renew certificate in all task. How can i renew my certificate?

Have you done any spyware scans lately? Is the date & time correct on your computer? Can you log on to any other secure sites?

try deleting all your hotmail related cookies.

Can you access Hotmail if just for testing purposes you try from "Safe Mode with Networking" after using F8 at bootup?
