WINDOWS UPDATE PROBLEM

Using IE 6 SP1 on W2K servers SP2, when I go to v4.windowsupdate or use auto windows update get message no Critical Updates for this machine. When I click on the left side for Windows catalog, not able to. Only thing I found on MS site was if using SSL, which I'm not. All my servers are setup alike. Some I can update.

Any suggestions appreciated
