Windows update problem

Hi

Can anybody help ? We can't get windows update to work through our firewall. Anybody got any idea why and what we can do to recify it ? We get an error on the windows update page (eventually)of (ERROR 0x80072F78)

one possable explanation is if your firewall strips all activeX

if you are sure the firewall is the problem see if you can access the firewall logs and find the rejection entrys

The firewall may not be the problem
