Windows Update CD

looking for recommendations on making a Windows Update CD. I have used custom update CDs to update major packages like SPs, IE, etc, but does anyone know of a method to update all of Windows in one click? Say I have a Windows XP PC with no SPs etc. Is there a way to make a CD to install all the updates, no reboots, no clicks, etc?

Its called SP3 and Microsoft offers it in a conveniently packed ISO file so you can create a CD from it.

Does SP3 doesn't contain IE8, .net framework 3.5, and latest updates since SP3.

I looking for something so I can update monthly. Esentially we have been doing a lot of fresh installs of Windows XP and I'm looking for a product that can download all of the Windows Updates (sort of like WSUS) and bundle them into a install package.
