Hello,

I would like your recommendation on Windows troubleshooting tools (Created by MS) such as PSR, Windows Memory Diagnostic tools, that may help me to troubleshoot Windows issues?

Thanks in advance for the information you may provide.

What are you trying to do bro - become a techie?
Process Explorer
Autoruns
Process Monitor

There's a couple but without knowing what your goal is, the real answer is wide open. And why the emphasis on Microsoft tools?

Sysinternals is a good suite of tools from Microsoft, found here. But as Goom says, without knowing what you are trying to accomplish, can't tell you how to get there, without knowing where you want to go.

thank you goombawaho for your reply.

Well, the company has restrictions on some applications, that's why I was trying to look the ones created by/for Microsoft in order to provide assistance to my customers.
Any other suggestions are welcome.

Well, there are all kinds of tools to provide assistance depending on what the problem is. Microsoft doesn't make most of those tools. I can add another - Windows Memory Diagnostic for memory testing but I'd probably recommend a different product unless Microsoft is mandatory.

Microsoft doesn't make any of the hard drive diagnostic tools, so if you're suspicious of a bad hard drive, how are you going to get around using a non-microslop product? Whoever is telling you "only Microsoft" is tying one hand behind your back by limiting your available tools. I use anything I can get my hands on to diagnose everything from hardware failure, O.S. corruption to malware removal. Most of the tools I use are NOT microsoft.
