Windows to Netopia VPN??

I am working for a client who has a Netopia R910 at their main office. They want me to connect their branch office to them. They have a Windows 2003 Small Business server with a Netgear FR114P firewall at the branch site. Is there an easy way to complete this without having to purchase any new hardware?

The Netopia allows PPTP and IPSec connections. The Netgear form what I've read only allows pass through connections.

HELP?!?!?

I've got the sites connected now. However I cannot seem to tget the Netopia to route the packets for me. Does anyone have a clue about this??
