Windows Sockets Error

I have been using ARC serve for quite a while with no problems. Recently I started receiving the following error when my agent trys to run: "Windows Sockets error: Couldn't accept incoming connection on socket.(1) ARCserveIT Agent will abort!". To the best of my knowledge nothing has changed on my server or network since the last time it ran successfully. Any ideas? Please help.

I get almost this same error all of a sudden:

No Sockets Available - then Arcserve aborts.

Does anyone have an answer to this problem?
