Hi

I am the IT Infrastructure lead and a need has come up to upgrade an existing PC.
The PC is used to remote dial to Avaya systems and it has an PCI ISDN Card.

I am looking at a new server solution, but all the new servers come with PCI Express and i am not sure what ISDN Card to buy.

Can someone direct me to ensure i find a suitable card to allow the Avaya Engineers to remote dial from the server to the Avaya Systems

Please help urgently :(

Thanks in advance

And it works with no issues?
Connects to any abaya system?

Thanks Tom

That product is showing unavailable.

Am assuming i can use any?
Or do you recommend anything else?

Is anyone still making ISDN modems? A lot of the makers I remember from the past no longer do these.

no idea ipohead
I just need some advise in finding one asap

Isn't teamviewer or something similar maybe a better idea?

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

No you need to Dial in apparently

Am not a Phone engineer so not sure, just going of the requirements.

You do not need to but it is an option.
We use teamviewer all the time when possible.
If not then a dial in or even an VPN is an option too.
The IPOffice says it already IP so any way to connect by IP is an option.

Only if the Phone system is on the Network
Wont work if its on ISDN only
