Windows Printing to a Epson Printer on an eMac.

I have a Windows XP computer that I am trying to get to print to an Epson printer that is connected over the network on an eMac computer.

My other Mac computers can print to the eMac printer just fine, but when I try to add the printer to a Windows XP computers, it scans the network for the printer and finds the eMac, but does not see a printer connected to it.

Ideas?

Just a note. All my Macs on the network can see each other and share files and printers. The Macs can see the PCs and share files and printers.

However, the PCs can see the Macs, but not share files or printers.

Ideas?
