Windows Mobile 2003 + Bluetooth

Hi,
I installed Mobile 2003 on my IPAQ 3970 and I am missing my bluetooth function. It just doesn't seem to be "installed". Obviously the 3970 has bluetooth function, since I was using it with 2002.
Any ideas how I can "add" bluetooth function?
