Hello
I have built an activex component for deployment on a website. The usercontrol has an Windows media control on it.
I would like to get rid of the windows media player control and possibly play the video in a frame or somethinglike that.
Any ideas on how to do this?
I don't need any fancy stuff just the video (wich is streamed thorugh windows media services) in a frame.
What I mean is that I don't want to use any other activex components just a way to play the video in a frame.
Also i think I can surpass any media player version isuess by doing this.
any help is apreciatted.
Thank you

I would question the use of Active X in web pages... What about people looking at your site from Unix, Linux, Macintosh or any one of a number of other options?

Well... for now I really must use the activex since it's what I've got and the java applet will take a little longer

Sorry for posting again .. but does anyone have anyidea on how to do this?
