Windows Media Player NO titles info

Hey all,
I am running Home XP with WMP 10. I am unable to connect to the net and I cannot get the CD titles and song info for a given CD.

Any suggestions?

I have changed the setting on the IE Tools and Security and allowed the firewall (Norton) to aloow connection of (windowsmedia.com)explictly.

WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER DOES NOT CONNECT TO THE INTERNET TO GAIN INFO BUT THE INTERNET IS UP AND CAN ACCESS THE WINDOWSMEDIA.COM BUT THE WMP IS NOT ACCESSING THE SITE.
