Windows ME, and updates.

Ive got WIn ME on my laptop, (old skool), and i recently updated it. Now some of the programs that i had installed on the old version will not open, it says tha a certain file is missing or expired. What is goung on.

Updated it? Do you mean to a different O/S? if so, are the programs which aren't working compatible with the new O/S?

What file does it say is missing?

is there a way that i can see all of the possible 'net' commands without going to run or command, because i cant scroll up, and half of them are of the screen.
