I have a few Terminal Server users that are getting logged out to the windows login screen.

At first we thought it was related to idle time or timeout, but they have been adjusted.

Is there a way to disable that function so my users will stop yelling at me.

Thanks.

Screensaver settings on profile? power management settings(should not be the issue, but never know)?

do you have terminal server set to override users settings on timeouts? what Operating System are you running the Terminal Server on?

No matter what I did (checked power mgt, checked screensaver in control panel, made registry changes), user still kept getting locked out after 15 minutes...

If you try all solutions give and it still does it, go to your Group Policy (if you have AD) and find the Screensaver option in Computer Config and change "Not configured" to "Disabled".

Should fix it.
