I have a system thats about 3 yrs. old. all of a sudden it keeps rebooting on it own. it gets just about where windows finishs loading and it reboots. safe mode works, so i think it might a driver or something. Any Ideas?

Boot into safe mode and type in msconfig into the run box and go into the STARTUP tab,
disable any and all programs that you:
a) don't use
b) don't want
c) don't like the look of.

The only one that is required to run windows in here should be systray.exe, all others should not affect your PC's normal operation.
see if that helps you. ***************************************
Party on, dudes!

dudes, thanks for your input, but the problem was a bad intergrated video card. I changed out the motherboard and it works fine now.

later!

boot ur pc in safe mode
and then offload display deive !!
and turn it back !!
see ur pc bootd without display driver or not !!
better load display driver again!
and try ur luck !!
