Windows 'Folder Properties' box 1

Does anyone have any code for opening the Windows Folder Properties box for any given folder - the box that appears if you right-click a folder in Explorer and choose Properties?

I'm thinking there is an API for this, but darned if I can find it. I believe it is something like "EnumProps".
