windows flare presence doesn`t work in ipo application server

Hi everyone

I have an IP office R8.1(67) and aplication server with Onex Portal 8.1.92.

I have presence in IPAD Flare and all features are working but when I tried to register a windows flare user, it appears without presence although the server is reachable from the user.

Additionally I can`t register the user in the onex portal web page, when I try to register the user in the browser appears the following message "Your phone system is unavailable. Please try again later."

could someone help me to fix this issue?

Onex Portal 8.1.92.

I log in onex portal without hardphone.

In Avaya Flare for Ipad works fine but in flare for windows user doesn`t work (presence).

I had a smiliar issue and it was caused by ports being blocked on the VPN. You need to run a sniffer to determine if anything is being blocked. I was able to login to flare but the presence information would never come up...
