Whenever I use the fast user switching i come to the welcome screen and when i click on another name to logon to it just stays there with the login name for 5 min then goes back to the welcome screen. Any help?

How long has this been occurring, have you just installed new software or drivers that perhaps aren't programmed well enough to use Fast User Switching? See if any of these help.

If that particular message is hidden behind the Welcome Screen then pressing the ALT and TAB keys will reveal any hidden message box, if not then you most probably have another error causing your problem.
