Windows Explorer

I have a user with windows 2000 pro on novell client 4.8.1.
and on windows explorer has folder on the left side and name,etc on right side. When user click the x (right corner) of folder windows...then windows explorer become wider and can see name,size,typed,modified. The problem is unable to return the windows to split screen with folder and name,sized,typed, modofied on separate screen.

Try View/explorer bar and folders.

I know nothing about Novel, but give this a shot:

The columns have been resized to nothing. You need to press [Ctl] + [+] (the plus key on the numeric keypad) to get Windows to automatically resize the columns to fit the Window.
