When ever any outside program attempts to access my ip in any form a windows authentication windows shows up on my end. For instance when ever I am on internet and a popup tries to write a cookie to my machine I am shown a windows authentication screen. I thought this was caused by recent installation of IIS but I uninstalled it and the problem still remains. I am guessing this is some kind of error with my anonymous user account but I have no idea how to fix it. Thanks

Do u have some sort of firewall installed?

No, I was wasn't running any firewalls. I am fairly sure that something was wrong with my IUSER_ user account. Anyways, I just did the easy solution of reformat/reinstall windows and now it works fine. Strange problem I wish someone could explain what excatly happened.
